Every journey has its defining moments, and mine has been shaped by a deep commitment to helping others thrive. With over 20 years of experience in somatics, I have explored the intricate connection between the body, mind, and spirit, understanding how our physical experiences shape our emotional landscapes.
For 15 years, I have been dedicated to the Pastoral Care and Deliverance Ministry, where I’ve witnessed the power of faith and compassion in transforming lives. This sacred work ignited my passion for empowering others to find healing and purpose.
As I trained in leadership coaching and biblical life coaching, I realized that true leadership begins within. It’s about aligning our actions with our core values and stepping boldly into the roles we are meant to play. My journey as a wife, single mom, wife again (second marriage), mother of 4 (1 in heaven), small business owner and entrepreneur has further enriched this understanding, teaching me the resilience and creativity needed to turn dreams into reality.
In founding the Inner Success Alignment Method, the vision was to create a pathway for individuals to connect with their true identity & deeply connect to God at pivotal moments of painful, confusing transitions and trials. It was born out of years of quiet time reflecting, writing and talking to God about how to heal from my son’s death and experience life abundant earthside and how to help others do the same.

Isa is a seasoned coach with more than two decades of experience dedicated to guiding women, men and couples as they overcome mental and spiritual obstacles, leading them to discover clarity and enduring peace. Through personalized coaching and intimate group sessions, as well as impactful speaking engagements, she delves into vital subjects such as inner mastery, somatics, and the integration of biblical teachings in life, relationships and business. Her unique approach was born from her own profound healing journey, which began amidst the turmoil of a divorce at age 29. This path included grappling with custody challenges for her daughters, navigating a second marriage during a demanding parenting season, and coping with the unimaginable grief of her infant son dying in her arms. This decade-long journey of transformation empowered her to embrace a vibrant life, guided step by step alongside the Holy Spirit. Today, Isa passionately imparts her insights and methods to high-achieving individuals and leaders, encouraging them to embark on their own journeys toward healing and purpose.
