The Training Room Mastermind is an active formation space for emerging and growing leaders who are continuing their journey after certification.
As this is a newly launched continuation container, formal testimonials are still being developed as participants move through the process.

The Training Room Mastermind is a 12-month commitment at $97/month. This structure allows for deep formation, practical integration, and long-term embodiment of the Inner Success Alignment Method™ rather than quick information-based learning.
How often do we meet?
The Training Room meets every other week live at 12PM CST beginning May 12th. Each session includes coaching, activation, refinement, and Spirit-led development designed to strengthen your confidence, clarity, and coaching maturity over time.

This space is designed specifically for ISAM™ Coaching Certification students and graduates who desire continued coaching, community, refinement, and deeper integration of the ISAM™ framework as they grow as safe, Spirit-led, biblically grounded leaders and coaches.
